Group Treasury Manager | Manchester | £70,000 - £80,000 | PE backed, acquisitive business
Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with a highly acquisitive, PE backed business who have created a new role for a Group Treasury Manager to join their team due to phenomenal growth. Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, you will work with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure a consistently high level of high quality within treasury.

Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, you will work with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure a consistently high level of high quality within treasury.
Responsibilities include:
- Ownership of the day to day banking of the Group
- Working capital management to ensure sufficient cash is held in the correct bank account to enable payments to be made on time
- Working capital maximisation – highlighting trends and ways to improve working capital cash conversion
- Cashflow forecasting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Daily cashflow reporting to the Executive leadership team
- First approval of all payments and amendments in the online banking system. Along with the maintenance of the online banking platform
- Migrating existing and new acquisitions onto the Group banking platform.
- Ensuring Group bank mandates are accurate, up-to-date and in line with the Group delegation of authorities
- Maximising cashflow through investing free cashflows.
- Liaising with legal advisors for any amendments to the current loan agreements and any future refinancing
- Improving cash processes where possible and assisting in adhoc projects which will may impact on treasury, such as customer direct debits
- ACT Qualified, however will consider those that are ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Minimum 5 years within a treasury role
- Previous experience in a growing group with multiple acquisitions is desirable
- Confident ability to work with external and internal stakeholders
