In this role you will be required to exhibit leadership across Treasury, including cash and debt management, funding requirements, external relationship stakeholders, a strong controls environment and support any M&A.

Location: South Manchester
Main Duties:
- Control of the day to day Group Banking, ensuring short term funding requirements are met.
- Working capital management.
- Cashflow: Daily reporting to the Exec team. Forecasting on a rolling 13 week basis including reporting to the Board monthly.
- Reporting of loan covenant compliance
- Business Partner with the appropriate external stakeholders i.e. Banks
- Migrating existing and new acquisitions onto the Group banking platform.
- Ensuring Group bank mandates are accurate and up-to-date.
- Review monthly interest journals and accruals.
- First approval of all payments and amendments in the online banking system. Along with the maintenance of the online banking platform
- Assisting in the implementation of a new finance system, due to go live in 2024.
- Improving cash processes where possible.
- Supporting the annual external audit process
Person Specification:
- ACT Qualified, but also happy to consider ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualifications.
- Relevant experience working in a Treasury function.
- Able to support the business function and senior management team.
- Excellent communicator, capable of disseminating financial information to both finance, and none finance individuals.
- Experience working in an acquisitive environment is desirable.
- Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skill set.
