Head of Financial Reporting | £55,000 - £60,000 | Leyland | Business facing role with lots of interaction with senior stakeholders | Fantastic business & desirable working environment
Axon Moore has partnered with an exciting business in Leyland to recruit a Head of Financial Reporting.
This role is different to the status quo as it will require a strong business partnering skill set. The Head of Financial Reporting will report directly to the Group Finance Director and external shareholders and will be responsible for consolidating the reporting from around the business from senior divisional Heads of Finance. Therefore, this new Head of Reporting role will require someone with a strong interpersonal skill set, someone who is effective at working with and communicating to different audiences, and show leadership to bring people together.
This role offers a unique position for progression as it is a step up from a regular group reporting role and will shadow the Group FD, gaining coveted experience across the group and with external relationships.
The ideal candidate can be either from a practice background or from a reporting role in industry within a large corporate business, but it's essential they have a strong technical skill set.
