We are looking for a Head of Operational/Commercial Finance to join a dynamic Owner-Managed Manufacturing business with a continually growing turnover £250m++. As the right hand to the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the finance function, enhancing decision-making processes, and optimising weekly P&L accuracy.
Key responsibilities include business partnering with the Factory Manager, spearheading process improvements, managing labour variances, refining Costings, BOM management, and collaborating with Buyers on supplier rebates. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive change and make a real impact on the business - it truly is a 'blank page' opportunity that you can drive and 'make your own'.
The ideal candidate will have significant commercial finance experience within the Manufacturing sector, alongside being ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified and a proven track record of success. We are seeking an ambitious, proactive individual with a strong 'completer-finisher' mindset, ideally from an owner-managed SME background.
