Axon Moore are pleased to partner with a growing business based in Lancaster who are currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager to take ownership of the monthly management accounts, business partnering and working on improving processes in finance team
Working closely with the financial controller this is an integral part of the business, managing the team, key part in the annual audit, tax returns and budget and forecasting

Key responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining appropriate and effective systems and procedures for financial control, in line with regulatory and audit requirements and agreed policies
- Management of income and expenditure operational systems and procedures, including BACS, online payments in and out, cashless systems, cash procedures and banking
- Producing all financial reports and returns in line with agreed regulatory and internal timescales, including: Budgets; Accounts; VAT returns; Internal management reports.
