Axon Moore are supporting a PE backed business in the Humber region to appoint an Interim Finance Project Lead who can play a key role during a time of change and growth in the organisation. The role would be for a duration of 3-6 months with potential to extend.

- Take ownership of the organisation and execution of a number of high profile projects currently underway in the finance function and across other areas of the business
- Manage interactions with multiple stakeholders to plan, coordinate and execute projects, managing diaries and ensuring deadlines are met
- Compile board reports and relevant pieces of analyses that are relevant to the overall business strategy for review and presentation at board meetings
- Indirectly assisting with managing a small, high-quality team
- Drive systems that support efficiency, excellent governance and data availability to support planning and reporting
- Deal with international operations / consolidation / multi-currency etc
- Financial or Analytical background (not necessarily a qualified accountant)
- Experience managing large scale, cross functional projects
- Experience managing a range of senior / C-Suite stakeholders
- Strong all round systems experience - ideally Excel and some ERP experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects
