Interim Management Accountant

Axon Moore are pleased to partner with a fast growing business based in Lancashire as they look to recruit an interim management accountant for a 6 month project. This role will be a key position in implementing the new system and taking ownership of the month end process for a key division.

 

Key responsibilities

• Full preparation of the monthly management accounts pack
• Ownership of month-end process (accruals, prepayments, journal postings)
• Provide insightful commentary on the financial results
• Financial accounting (balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns)
• Support with budgeting and forecasting process
• Systems and process improvements

The successful candidate will be qualified or qualified by experience accountant with a proven background in management accounts. Exposure to system implementation would be beneficial
