If you are looking to build a long-term career in Accountancy and you are a recent school leaver with good grades in your A Levels. I am working with a recognised Leeds based business to recruit a trainee Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience whilst working towards a Qualification.
They are looking for someone at the start of their Finance career you will join an established and friendly Purchase Ledger Team. A brilliant opportunity for someone who is ambitious, an exceptional communicator and continually seeks to learn new things and improve their skills.
The Job
• Purchase ledger input.
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Verify subcontractors with HMRC.
• Assistance with month-end and year-end as required.
• General accounts and office admin.
The Person
• Good communication skills.
• Precise attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and respond well to change.
• Confident with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Team player who welcomes challenges to achieve greater results.
