Axon Moore are delighted to be working in partnership with a high-growth, market-leading Tech business on their search for a Junior Administrator. Based at their trendy HQ office in Warrington, you will be working closely with their impressive B2B sales team and be responsible for purchasing support, admin support to sales team and credit control.

- Handle and process customer orders and price enquires smoothly
- Provide general administrative support
- General customer liaison and timely resolution of issues and queries
- Escalate relevant customer issues and complaints
- Credit control
- Other duties as may be reasonably required within the scope of the Junior Administrator role
- A minimum of five GCSE's, including English and Mathematics, or equivalent
- Customer service administration experience and the ability to understand customers’ needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with team members at all levels
- Effective organisational and prioritising skills.
