Axon Moore are exclusively working with a successful and growing manufacturer in Blackburn, to recruit an ambitious Financial Controller.
This role will suit a commercially minded, driven, ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified Accountant or finalist with a forward thinking mindset.
This is a unique role which will offer a high degree of autonomy to manage the commercial and operational performance.

- Production of monthly management accounts
- Assisting with the management of 5 transactional finance members
- Ownership of the day-to-day finance function
- Producing financial KPI targets and monitoring performance
- Continuous improvement of finance processes and controls
- Business partnering across multiple stakeholders
