Junior Head of Finance | £55,000 - £60,000 | Car Allowance | EMI Share Scheme | Bamber Bridge + Hybrid | 5 Years to Exit | Unique Entrepreneurial Business
Axon Moore is delighted to be working with the founder of a unique SME in Bamber Bridge (near Chorley) who is looking for an up and coming finance leader who can progress with the business through to an exit.
The role will be an end-to-end position including preparing all the financial and management accounts, all commercial work including building a suite of MI and developing commercial frameworks, and it will also play a key role in developing strategy. Due to this being such a varied and broad role, they need a competent finance leader but also someone who is happy to be involved in lower level work to begin with.
This is a small SME with a dynamic and entrepreneurial board. This Junior Head of Finance will sit as part of the senior management team and will be a key leader in the business. Culture is very important to this organisation and they have a very low turnover in staff. They are highly customer focused and people orientated, and they want to hire an emotionally intelligent leader who can work with a range of audiences.
This role is open with regards qualification and experience but candidates must demonstrate they are technically competent, commercially strong and strategically innovative.
