Senior Language Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk (French or German)
Manchester City Centre
£25,000 - £28,000 (Temp to Perm)
Axon Moore currently have an urgent requirement for a German or French Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk to work for one of Manchester’s largest and growing Shared Service Centres.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AP clerk with language skills to join a business that will challenge, develop, and support you. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals from a wide range of different backgrounds, along with having the ability to process high volumes of invoices while maintaining close attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Matching of invoices to orders and delivery notes
· Coding and posting purchase invoices
· Monthly supplier statement reconciliations, chase up missing invoices, allocate payments etc;
· Liaise with suppliers
· Deal with supplier queries
