M&A Manager | £75k-£80k+bonus+car | Private Equity | South Manchester
Job Overview:
Axon Moore are delighted to be working on behalf of an outstanding organisation who are growing their internal M&A function. Working closely with a high calibre M&A Director, this is an outstanding opportunity to get involved with an in-house team. Since achieving private equity backing, the organisation gone through 10 acquisitions, with a strong pipeline of future simar. The M&A Manager will be responsible for partnering closely with the Director and executive team on all M&A matters from deal origination, execution and completion.

Salary: £75,000-£80,000 + car + bonus c.15%-20% subject to business performance.
Location: South Manchester
Main Duties:
• Support on market research to identify potential opportunities, evaluating target companies, market position and strategic fit.
• Initiative and maintain excellent communication with potential target organisations, acting as a liaison to open discussion for negotiations in a confidential and professional manner.
• Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders from accountancy firms, investment banks and CF houses.
• Provide succinct updated to the organisations SLT on deal progress, presenting financial information and deal structure in a clear manner.
• Provide innovative thinking to the M&A process, demonstrating excellent commercial awareness and problem solving.
Person Specification:
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified.
• M&A Experience.
• Strong Excel capability.
• Excellent communicator.
• Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
