Management Accountant

Axon Moore are exclusively working for a unique and successful business based near Garstang to recruit a driven, part qualified Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work under the mentorship of an establish ACA qualified Finance Director, in a role which offers a clear succession plan to move to Financial Controller.

If you are an ambitious part or newly qualified individual who wants to gain great exposure across a broad role this is for you! You will be responsible for the management accounts, operations, productions, stock, business partnering in this progressive role to build an excellent commercial skillset.

The role will include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparing the full monthly Board reports including operational/commercial insight to the Directors
• Finance business partnering with all support functions including MD, Commercial and Operations.
• Overseeing all aspects of the monthly and annual reporting process
• Reviewing the weekly payroll
• Approving invoices from the purchase ledger, and responsible for processing BACs payments
• Management of a team of 2
• Ad hoc project work
