Management Accountant

Management Accountant | North Manchester | £40,000 - £45,000 | European market leading business

Axon Moore are working exclusively with a market leading business in North Manchester with a strong European presence, that have created a new role for a Management Accountant to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role with a good mixture of management accounts, business partnering and analysis.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Production of monthly management accounts for supply chain before submission for group consolidation
• Act as a key Business Partner to the Executive Leadership Teams, Budget Holders and Senior Management  
• Delivery of timely and accurate Management information to drive efficiencies throughout the business. 
• Assist in the accurate delivery of the Group Services and Supply Chain Budget and Forecast process throughout the year
• Posting journals
• Reviewing accruals and prepayments on a monthly basis
• Maintain current service levels of reporting (daily, weekly and month end activities) and continually improve to meet increasing business demands and stakeholder expectations.
• Continuous improvement and the standardisation of relative finance processes.
• Manage expectations of key stakeholders ensuring clear communication as to responsibilities, timescales and output. 

Person specification:

• Confident communicator with an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Prior experience working for an international business is desirable
• SAP experience would be advantageous
• CIMA/ACCA part qualified or newly qualified however QBE would also be considered
