Axon Moore have been retained to work with an owner managed manufacturing business based in North Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work under an ACA qualified Finance Director, in a role which offers a clear succession plan to move to Financial Controller.

You will be responsible for a 50/50 split of management accounts, financial accounts, operations, productions, stock, business partnering in this progressive role to build an excellent commercial skillset.

- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparing the full monthly Board reports including operational/commercial insight to the Directors
- Preparation of year end statutory accounts and working on the relationships with auditors
- Finance business partnering with all support functions including MD, Commercial and Operations.
- Overseeing all aspects of the monthly and annual reporting process
- Managing a team of 4+
