A fantastic new opportunity for a part qualified ACCA/CIMA Management Accountant to join this highly acquisitive, rapidly growing, Harrogate based SME!
The business have offices based on the outskirts of Harrogate, with on site parking and close to the train situation, and they offer hybrid working, with the option to work two days from home.
This role will work as part of the growing management accounts team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
The role will offer all round exposure to compliment your studies, as well as lots of progression opportunity to move up, and take on more responsibility as you progress through your qualification!

- Preparing monthly management accounts within deadlines
- Assisting in preparing budgets
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly variance analysis and reporting
- Reviewing and implementing process improvements
- Providing commercial guidance to budget holders
- Cashflow monitoring and control
- Assisting with the annual audit
The successful candidate will:
- Be actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA - Essential
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in management accounts - Essential
- Have an excellent knowledge of MS Excel - Essential
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with non finance stakeholders - Desirable
