Job description

Part-time Credit Controller | Skipton | £22,000 pro rata | 18.75 hours per week | Immediate start offered on a temp to perm basis.

A varied role has become available on a part-time basis with one of our clients based in Skipton.  As the Sales Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for all related matters and helping the wider finance team. 

Responsibilities as the Part-time Credit Controller will include:
  • Raising Sales invoices
  • Producing Credit notes
  • Posting of Cash to ledger
  • Processing intercompany invoices
  • Chasing debt
  • Daily banking
  • Production of Statements and Aged Debt reports for customer
  • Dealing with telephone and email queries from customer
  • Running Credit Checks on new customers
The role is offered on a part-time basis over 4 or 5 days per week.  The role is open to anyone with previous experience of credit control / sales ledger / accounts receivable / high level of customer service experience.  Applicants should be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service, organisational skills and willingness to learn.
