Axon Moore are partnering with a growing business based near Preston to recruit an experienced standalone Payroll Manager.

Responsibilities include:
- Management and end-to-end processing of a monthly payroll for c600 employees
- Helping with process improvements and efficiencies
- Producing manual pay calculations and adjustments
- Responsible for maintaining employee attendance records
- Completion of P45 for leavers, end of year processing and reconciliation including payment summaries (P60’s/P11D’s)
- Submission of monthly pension contributions
- Producing payroll analysis to help understand the impact of changes in employees or legislation
- Keeping up to date with relevant regulations/legislation and determine the impact of any changes, taking action to implement changes where necessary
