Job description

Axon Moore are thrilled to have collaborated with a global financial services company situated in Knaresborough, in order to expand their current financial team via the recruitment of a Purchase Ledger Administrator.

This role is fast paced and provides great opportunity to expand ones current knowledge, as well as providing a direct route into the industry of finance, which can potentially lead to successful and highly rewarding careers.

The Roles:
  • Ensure that invoices are correctly approved
  • Process invoices
  • Process payments
  • Raise POs
  • Dealing with internal queries
Full training and guidance will be provided by the highly engaging and supportive Purchase Ledger Manager.

Key Skills to Succeed in this Role:
  • Achieving internal and external deadlines
  • Confident communication skills
  • Accounts administration experience
  • 1 year experience in a financial role (desirable)
  • Solid IT skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Organised and Accurate
  • Competent management of individual workload
