Axon Moore are delighted to be working in partnership with a high-growth, market-leading Tech business who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. Reporting to their talented Head of Finance, you will be joining a team of 4 Purchase Ledger Clerks and will be based out of their office in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fast-growing, forward thinking business.
Main areas of focus:

- Matching and coding invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoicing queries
- Chasing and matching credit notes for returns, rebates or disputes
- Creating new supplier accounts
- Allocating payments, sending remittances and general upkeep of the Purchase Ledger
- Good understanding of the purchase ledger process
- Confident communicator
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Good IT skills including Microsoft packages
- Attention to detail and accuracy skills
