Axon Moore have partnered with a global financial services company based in Knaresborough to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant

With a hybrid working model, you would benefit from the opportunity to work both in the office and at home. This role offers the opportunity for a bright and capable Purchase Ledger Assistant to work within the finance team.



This fast paced and varied role will include the following duties:
  • Ensure that invoices are correctly approved
  • Process invoices
  • Process payments
  • Raise POs
  • Dealing with internal queries

Full training and development will be provided by an engaging and supportive Purchase Ledger Manager. The key skills to succeed in the role include:
  • Achieving internal and external deadlines
  • Confident communication skills
  • Accounts administration experience
  • 1 year experience in a finance role
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Organised and accurate
  • Able to manage own workload while
