Axon Moore are delighted to be working with a high growth FMCG company as they look to strengthen their Finance Team with the recruitment of a Purchase Ledger Manager. You would be working for an ethical brand which is instantly recognisable. The Head Offices are based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, they offer hybrid and flexible working.
This is a hands on role where you will be strengthening the Purchase Ledger Function, managing a small team, developing processes and systems. Your key duties will include:
• Full management of the accounts payable process, ensuring suppliers are paid according to payment terms
• Direct management of an accounts payable team member including performance management, mentoring, motivating, training and development
• Manage all escalations and high-level queries
• Taking ownership of the smaller ledgers
• Work with stakeholders throughout the business
Key requirements for the role:
• Experienced Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger Supervisor or Senior Purchase Ledger looking to step up into a Management role
• Hands on and able to take ownership
• Dynamic, confident in a fast paced role
• Confident communication skills
• Have previous knowledge/experience of Dynamics - Desirable
