Purchase Ledger Supervisor | 3-6 month FTC | South Leeds – Hybrid role 

I am delighted to bring to bring to market a 3-6 month contract to assist one of my clients during a period of growth.   Managing a small purchase Ledger team, you will ensure effective and effient delivery of all aspects of accounts payable and expenses.

As Purchase Ledger Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a small team
  • Dealing with all purchase ledger and expense queries
  • Overseeing mailbox and work load distribution
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Working with the FC to identify and resolve any issues
  • Management of the purchase order accruals process
  • Support with year end processes
  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Supervisor or Manager
  • Self starter with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience of using ERP systems, ideally SAP
  • Experience of Excel and multiple currencies
