Purchase Ledger Supervisor | 3-6 month FTC | South Leeds – Hybrid role
I am delighted to bring to bring to market a 3-6 month contract to assist one of my clients during a period of growth. Managing a small purchase Ledger team, you will ensure effective and effient delivery of all aspects of accounts payable and expenses.

As Purchase Ledger Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a small team
- Dealing with all purchase ledger and expense queries
- Overseeing mailbox and work load distribution
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Working with the FC to identify and resolve any issues
- Management of the purchase order accruals process
- Support with year end processes
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Supervisor or Manager
- Self starter with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience of using ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Experience of Excel and multiple currencies
