This business is a fast growing service company, they are a successful market leader with Head Offices based in Central Leeds. The company have continued to expand significantly over the last two years, and as a result, they are now looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to work within their Reconciliations team.

The Job:
• Weekly and monthly reconciliation
• Daily cash reconciliation
• Investigating of unreconciled items
• Ensuring internal and external queries are resolved in a timely manner
• Review bank accounts
• Support the Audit process
• Deal with queries
• Support the wider finance team
Key skills:
• Accounts Administrator / Assistant with reconciliation experience
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Be able to communicate at all levels and be able to liaise with managers and clients.
• Be able to prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines.
• Be highly motivated and have a 'can do'/hands on attitude.
• Have strong IT skills.
• Excel – pivot tables and v look ups
