We have ambitious growth plans and we are looking to further strengthen our high-performing team in our Manchester office by recruiting a talented Graduate Resourcer who will ideally train to become an established Consultant within 12 to 18 months.


 


The role

As Resourcer your role will be to support the team in Manchester via a combination of actively finding talented candidates, identifying target clients and assisting with the organisation of social events and client entertainment.


 


Duties:


  • Identify, approach and source the very best talent around. Constantly regenerating our network of active and passive candidates via searching job boards, soft referrals, networking and headhunting
  • Develop effective and original routes to market via social networking and relevant interest groups
  • Meet candidates; judging their suitability for roles, preparing them for interview, offering career advice and guidance
  • Identify potentially suitable candidates from our network, CRM system, LinkedIn, industry associations and market knowledge
  • Develop profiles and reference candidates
  • Constantly keep in touch with our candidates to track market activity and trends
  • Market mapping both potential candidates and clients.
  • Be responsible for the integrity of the system and keep mailer lists updated
  • Take the lead on working with the team to plan, co-ordinate, deliver and attend social and added value events
  • Organise and attend networking events and assist with external marketing activities
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required

  • Graduate / Graduate calibre with a good academic history
  • Maturity and high levels of emotional intelligence
