Job description

Axon Moore are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join a well established, growing business based in South Leeds on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months to support the team.

This role will primarily be focused around the production of sales invoices, allocating cash to the ledger and dealing with queries on a day to day basis. The role will suit someone who has previous sales ledger/reconciliations experience who is able to work towards targets and deadlines. 

As Sales Ledger Assistant you will:
• Monthly and Weekly billing
• Updating Backing schedules for invoices
• Maintaining Accounts Inbox
• Dealing with customer queries
• Raising Ad hoc Invoices
• Allocating daily customer Receipts
• Completing month end reconciliations
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

Experience required:
• Relevant experience in Sales Ledger
• Team Player
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Organised and accurate with attention to detail
• Work well under pressure
• Able to manage own workload while achieving internal and external deadlines
