Axon Moore are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join a well- established, growing business based in Morley on a permanent basis.

This role will primarily be focused around the production of sales invoices, allocating cash to the ledger and dealing with queries on a day to day basis. The role will suit someone who has previous billing, sales ledger or reconciliations experience who is able to work towards targets and deadlines. Full training and support will be provided. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team


• Monthly and Weekly billing
• Updating Backing schedules for invoices
• Maintaining Accounts Inbox
• Dealing with customer queries
• Raising Ad hoc Invoices
• Allocating daily customer Receipts
• Completing month end reconciliations
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required


• Relevant experience in Sales Ledger / billing / Administration
• Team Player
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Organised and accurate with attention to detail
• Work well under pressure
• Able to manage own workload while achieving internal and external deadlines
