Senior Commercial Analyst | Central Manchester | ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified | PLC E-commerce
Job Overview:
Axon Moore are currently working alongside a Private Equity backed, high growth e-commerce firm who are continuing to record excellent performance post covid with exciting plans ahead for further growth. This newly created role will report directly to the Head of Commercial Finance, a ACA Qualified Accountant with excellent pedigree in e-commerce.
The role is ideally suited for individuals with a strong commercial background, having held analytical positions previously. There is a strong emphasis of data manipulation, therefore a strong technical skill set, coupled with an ability to communicate your findings to senior leaders is imperative.
Salary: £40,000-£50,000
Location: Central Manchester

Main Duties:
• Understand and communicate key trends driving performance within areas of focus.
• Daily trading analysis to highlight issues and trends.
• Conduct deep dive analysis on any unusual performance and communicate findings.
• Support in the delivery of financial MI on business performance.
• Support the commercial team on month end processes.
• Support in budgeting and forecasting process.
• Business Partner to key stakeholders in the business.
• Other adhoc analysis when required.
Person Specification:
• Qualified accountant (CIMA).
• Prior experience working in an Analyst role.
• Advanced Excel skill set.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, PLC environment.
• Strong analytical thinking.
