Overview:
Axon Moore is working with a growing business to identify experienced and enthusiastic individuals for a Customer Service opportunity. This is a broad role that would suit someone who enjoys helping people, working as part of a team, and being the go-to person for solving problems.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and online platforms
- Helping resolve queries, complaints, or order issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Using internal systems or CRMs to track cases and follow up with customers
- Working with internal teams (e.g. sales, logistics, or admin) to support customer satisfaction
- Supporting general office or operational tasks as needed
