Stock and Finance Administrator
Location: Crewe
Salary – £25,000
Axon Moore are currently partnering with a well-established and growing business in the Crewe area where a fantastic opportunity has become available for a Stock Administrator to join the Finance Transactional Services Team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and has a solid understanding of all functional aspects of stock management.
We’re looking for a confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately verify and input stock receipts into internal systems
- Confirm delivery quantities for the previous day’s deliveries
- Enter third-party and miscellaneous stock receipts
- Process stock adjustments as required
- Reconcile daily bulk stock levels and investigate discrepancies
- Balance miscellaneous stock records
- Contribute to the ongoing review and development of stock processes, ensuring robust controls are maintained
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working in a high-volume transactional environment
- In-depth knowledge of stock management functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
