Testimonials:

“I have worked with Linzie for many years during my time at different businesses. I have always found that we have a great balance, both socially and professionally. Linzie has a huge wealth of knowledge about the finance market and the businesses she deals with, something which was true when I was a candidate as well now when I need help finding new team members. Linzie is straightforward, reliable and trustworthy – often rare traits in recruitment. I have full confidence that Linzie will send me the right candidates every time as she has a full understanding of what my and the business requirements are, while ensuring her team provide consistency with an equally high level of service. I think we have a superb social connection and I’d also regard Linzie as a great friend too.”

"Linzie really understands. When I was looking for my next role, she knew what I was capable of and what was going to suit. I can still remember what Linzie said to me before my interview ‘when you see the duck on the water you don’t see how hard they paddle under the water, but you’re not a duck, you’re a swan, you got it, believe in yourself’. Those words have changed my life. Linzie is always looking at the positive outcomes and it was a pleasure to work with her. Since this she’s introduced me to her team, who I can see look up to her and from these introductions, they have helped me to fill roles within my current team.”
