Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and analyse financial data.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
- Part or newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tasks.
- £35,000 - £40,000 base salary (DOE).
