Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and analyse financial data.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
Qualifications:
  • Part or newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tasks.
