Axon Moore are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a growing business, based in Tarporley to assist with their day-to-day transactional processing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant with the desire to further their own development, whilst being part of the continued growth of an ambitious and successful business.
With a dedicated team on the ground, the business now need to develop their teams ahead of their 2025 targets. You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day transactions within the finance team. Reporting directly to the Senior Accounts Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for the raising and issuing of all purchase orders and sales invoices & letters, daily banking, invoice processing, collecting monthly direct debits and addressing both client and customer queries whilst maintaining high standards for both quality and customer service satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include:
- Completing routine processes such as raising invoices in line with business schedules
- Ensuring customers’ requirements & expectations are met in a courteous and professional manner.
- Identifying areas of improvement within current systems.
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- Achieving quality standards and fully reconciled customer accounts.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Previous Experience of using SAP Desirable
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Highly motivated, reliable, with the commitment to complete activities.
- Ability to prioritise your own workload
- You may be working towards, or eager to start your AAT qualification, however what’s most important is that you are confident with a can-do attitude.
