Accounts Payable Assistant

Axon Moore has an URGENT requirement for an Accounts Payable Assistant for work for a minimum of 6 months with the potential to go permanent. Immediate starts available, based in Warrington.

c.£11-13 per hour

You will be processing high volumes of invoices, so must be able to work at pace. You will also be responsible for dealing with any supplier queries, therefore a friendly and professional manner is essential with excellent communication skills. Other responsibilities will include:

• Maintain supplier bank details information, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Process new supplier requests.
• Point of contact for both internal and external payments queries.
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Creditors reporting.
  
  Experience is welcome, however, this role would also suit a recent graduate/school leaver who are looking to gain their first role within finance. Full training will be given!
