Location: West Manchester, Irlam
Duties include:
- Cash reconciliation of multiple payment platforms and marketplace channels.
- Sales ledger tasks including raising invoices and managing cash collections of outstanding invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with weekly channel reporting to contribution level
- Weekly accounts support
- Assist with monthly management accounts
- Ownership of anomalies and resolving problems
- Assist cover of purchase ledger during holidays/sickness
- Minimum part AAT qualification
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- SME experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Ability to work as a team
- Strong Excel skills
- Use of Netsuite would be advantageous
