Working alongside high calibre individuals, this role is suitable for individuals with an ACA Qualification, looking to leave practice from any discipline (audit, tax, TS, CF) or an individual’s currently working in an analytical role for an advisory/ consultancy firm.

Salary: £40,000-£45,000

Main Duties:
- Embed yourself in understanding how the lending and financial services market evolves. Have a clear understanding of what technology, customer or market trends are likely to overlap with the organisation’s opportunities.
- Communicate key developments to leaders in the business and help them understand what these mean for their business area and how they should address these through their strategic roadmaps.
- Help identify and scope opportunities for new technology within the business. This will involve working with a range of stakeholders at all levels and across the business to identify the opportunity, build support for the initiative and manage the solution into place.
- Conduct analysis and research to support the development of business cases where opportunities are identified. Specifically focus on being able to quantify the value of the opportunity to be explored and how it contributes to the future view of Together.
- Own specific areas of the project delivery process with a focus on ensuring rapid deployment of high-value trials whilst ensuring compliance.
- Take responsibility for the continuous development and improvement of Innovation initiatives. Support the business to ensure it gets the maximum benefit out of all projects delivered by Innovation.
- Lead on strategic projects to support the business in meeting its growth targets. This might involve supporting to streamline an operational process, identifying new markets / sales opportunities or acting as an intermediary between technology and business functions to ensure technology solutions deliver maximum business value.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA), or a background working for a consultancy/ advisory firm.
- Excellent academics.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, define problems and identify solutions to resolve them in business and analytical settings.
