As a key player in the account management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient handling of goods in, storage, pick, pack and dispatch operations at an expansive 300,000 sq. Ft warehouse as well as dealing with key clients on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team in collaboration with the Warehouse/Operations Manager
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, carriers and transport providers
- Manage order processing efficiently and implement stock controls and audits with precision
- Utilise and enhance an advanced 3PL management software in partnership with the company IT Director
- Handle general warehouse administrative tasks as required
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
- Optimise efficiency in warehouse and CRM systems
- Manage the accounts of key clients
- Foster and maintain lasting relationships with key clients
- Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
- Keen attention to detail and proficiency in IT
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with API, SaaS, and ERP platforms is advantageous
