Responsibilities:
- Strategic Implementation: Execute the group's commercial strategy for unit growth and profitability.
- Financial Oversight: Track contract performance, conduct reviews and support financial accounts.
- Procurement Management: Manage procurement strategy and processes for optimal value.
- Commercial Support: Provide vital support to the Managing Director for effective decision-making
- Team Leadership: Manage and support direct reports for growth.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify growth leads.
- Tender Generation: Support the unit in generating tenders.
- Risk Management: Mitigate risks through accurate billing and payment collection.
- Financial Reporting: Use MIS for accurate financial reporting and contract KPIs.
- Contract Management: Oversee client payment applications and final accounts.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualification with CIMA or ACCA
