Job description

I am exclusively working with an incredibly fast-growing PE backed business based in South Warrington who require an analyst.

The successful candidate will gain a mentor of a Senior Finance Business Partner and will have the chance to progress within a buoyant business in a varied role supporting with projects, data requests and working on dynamic models for the future growth of the business.

The successful candidate will be working on different financial models each week to support the heads of departments. This could include working on incentives and how it would impact the business to how different marketing campaigns have performed.

I am seeking an engaging candidate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills who is confident and able to communicate complex financial processes to non-financial individuals within the business across all levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the Senior Finance Business Partner with dynamic financial models.
  • Working with Channel Sales and Marketing on data requests
  • Working with sales and pricing for deals and working collaboratively to give the best price to win
  • Approving and rejecting pricing support based on costs and margins
  • Updating current models each month
  • Working with sales on incentives and how it would impact the business financially
  • Ad hoc projects
 
The Candidate:
  • Highly advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to communicate complex financial processes to non-financial individuals within the business across all levels
  • Experience in financial analysis including the ability to communicate key findings from analysis
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Power BI Skills preferable
