Roles and Responsibilities:
- Upload of POs to internal system
- Creating and sending barcode data to suppliers
- Updating any changes in PO documents, supplier copy and the internal system
- Purchase order raising
- Setting up SKUs in the system
- Setting up new suppliers on the internal system
- System description / pricing amends
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Methodical in approach to work.
- Ability to work cross functional on wholesale account and e-commerce
- Take ownership of task from inception to conclusion
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- A highly organised self-starter with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Resilient with good problem-solving skills.
- Basic excel skills – training will be given.
- Experience is Netsuite would be advantageous but not essential.
- £24,000 - £26,000 p.a. (dependent on experience)
