Axon Moore is working with a leading property business who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to take advantage of an exciting opportunity in joining their team based in Manchester City Centre. Using your experience, you will be responsible for assisting the credit control team. The business is undergoing a fantastic period of growth which creates opportunities. Main Duties:

• Credit Control using telephone communications ensuring flow of the ledger.
• Meeting individual and team KPI’s.
• Cash Allocation.
• Create a strong rapport with customers and internal departments.
• Monthly and Quarterly reviews with Asset managers to assess debt.
• Deal with invoice queries in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve any instances of unapplied cash.
• General housekeeping of the Accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Involvement with month end.
• Ad hoc duties required by management or to meet the needs of the business.
