Axon Moore are pleased to be working in partnership with a highly valued, PE-backed client in Bolton as they recruit for a Credit Control specialist on a full-time basis. They are looking for someone highly experienced to take ownership in this area. This is a newly created role that will also encompass all aspects of finance, albeit you would have sole responsibility of the credit control function.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Raising Commission Invoice and clawback credit notes
- Weekly commission payments to our sub brokers
- Onboarding for new brokers
- Dealing with broker queries
- Maintenance of sub broker accounts
- Credit control including first steps of the legal process
- Working with our in-house Legal team on debt recovery
- Reporting for monthly meetings
Required Skills and Experience:
- A number of years experience in a similar role
- Experience with working with in house legal and/or external debt recovery advisors so some basic legal debt recovery knowledge would be helpful
- Excellent customer service skills and credit control skills
- Competent with Excel and finance systems
- Team player
- Highly organised and uses initiative
- Ability to build relationships
- Attention to detail
- Punctual, reliable, and motivated
