Axon Moore are delighted to have partnered with an ethical and innovative Harrogate Business as they look to recruit a Credit Control Supervisor to join their Team.
This role would suit an experienced Credit Controller who is looking for an opportunity to step up to a management level role. Within this varied role you would manage the Credit Control function, drive through innovation and supervise a very small team.
Their Head Offices are based near to Hornbeam Park, they offer hybrid working with an opportunity to work two or three days at home. With an energetic and fun working environment, you will have an opportunity to progress and develop within this role.

Key duties will include:
- Full management of the Credit Control function, ensuring that invoices are paid promptly
- Dealing with difficult queries to ensure that payments are made
- Reporting and analysis of debtor information
- Preparing customer statements
- Reviewing accounts
- Holding debtor reviews with clients
- Direct management of a Credit Control team member including performance management, mentoring, motivating, training and development
- Manage all escalations and high-level queries
- Taking ownership of the smaller ledgers
- Work with stakeholders throughout the business
Key requirements for the role:
- Experienced Credit Controller or Credit Control Supervisor or Manager
- Hands on and able to take ownership
- Dynamic, confident in a fast paced role
- Confident communication skills
- Fantastic Harrogate office location close to the train and bus station
