Job Overview:
Axon Moore are delighted to be working with a highly successful PE Backed business which is experiencing exponential growth. This business works on a global scale. The business is looking to appoint a new Credit Controller to support the wider finance function. As a Credit Controller you will reduce aged debt across the business and reconcile accounts receivable accounts. The business offers a bonus scheme and salary reviews therefore you can see yourself progressing quickly through the business.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Location: West Manchester

Role Responsibilities:
• Chase payment for aged debts from a portfolio of customers using a variety of communication methods
• Reconciling AR G/L Accounts to ensure there are no aged debtor balance sheet items
• Ensure customer disputes are promptly entered on work-flow system and communicated to regional contact
• Liaise with internal contacts to resolve customer disputes/account issues
• Effectively manage work-flow strategies to review and monitor aged debt to ensure maximum cash collection
• Create and manage weekly and monthly reporting packs within specified deadlines
• Support the management of strategic risk within the department
• Setup and maintain system links with internal and external clients to ensure that compliance is met and that cash flow is maximised
Person Specification:
• Minimum 3 years’ accounts receivables experience
• Excellent communicator who can liaise at all levels
• Team player who is able to quickly establish relationships
• An ability to meet deadlines and deliver work in a fast paced finance environment
• Strong excel skills required, and SAP experience preferred
• Fresh and forward thinking
