Credit Controller

Axon Moore have partnered with a high-growth business, based in Bolton, in their search for an experienced and proactive Credit Controller to join their specialist team.

This office-based role offers end-to-end exposure within accounts and boasts a friendly, supportive and social team culture. As such, this role is well suited to chatty and personable candidate looking to take the next step in their career into a rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Chasing overdue invoices and payments in a timely manner
• Working closely to resolve customer queries and problematic accounts
• Building positive working relations with key accounts
• Processing incoming payments
• Manage accounts inbox
• Purchase ledger, processing invoices and allocating payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Ad hoc tasks

Required Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience of working in an office or accounts environment
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational and time-keeping skills
• High attention to detail and able to take ownership of their role
