Axon Moore are delighted to be partnered with a high-growth professional services business with their search for an experienced and proactive Credit Controller to join their high performing and supportive team.

This business has witnessed significant growth in recent years and have attracted a best-in-class Credit Control team under an established Credit Manager. Therefore, an ability to demonstrate a keen level of enthusiasm and a desire to succeed and input ideas for improvement is imperative for this role.
 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Managing your own ledger and client base
  • Working to service levels to resolve complex credit control queries
  • Ensuring that cash collection and aged debt reduction targets
  • Managing the inbox
  • Updating the internal system
  • Working to deadlines and ensuring that you are offering an impeccable and timely service to the client base
 

What you will need to succeed:
  • Have relevant Credit Control experience
  • Have experience within a professional services environment
  • Have a proven track record of working to target to collect outstanding invoices by telephone and email
  • Be able to demonstrate that you are able to build relationships with the clients, engage with stakeholders across the business internally and externally.
  • An ability to resolve customer queries and problematic accounts
  • Building positive relationships across the team
  • Able to work to deadlines and manage a busy workload
