Axon Moore are delighted to be recruiting for a high-growth, family-run business in their search for an experienced and personable Executive Assistant who possesses exceptional organisational skills to join their fun and dynamic team. This role will provide assistance to a cohort of Executives, hence, an ability to decipher information, prioritise effectively and communicate clearly is imperative.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

This role will provide assistance to a cohort of Executives, hence, an ability to decipher information, prioritise effectively and communicate clearly is imperative.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Managing fluid calendar requests, meeting invites and conference room logistics
- Planning travel and accommodation
- Attending key meetings, tracking, and helping drive completion of key deliverables, and following up on outstanding items
- Sending correspondence on behalf of the Executives that do not require their personal attention (calls and emails)
- Managing expenses
- Overseeing key business changes, i.e. moving banks/solicitors/properties
- Welcoming new starters and visitors to the office
- Organising meetings and taking minutes
- Improving morale, helping recognise outstanding efforts, having fun at work, and encouraging others to do the same
- Supporting HR with team initiatives
- Managing personal admin on behalf of Executive
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a PA / EA role
- An ability to efficiently prioritise workload
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive and can-do attitude with an enthusiastic approach to work
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with complex calendar management and logistical arrangements
- Experience working with senior executives and interacting with stakeholders
- Experience with organising large meeting spaces, collating presentations and inviting guests
