Finance Business Partner | £50,000 - £60,000 | Bolton | Exciting PE Backed High Growth Services Business

Axon Moore is exclusively recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for a PE Backed high-growth Services business in the Bolton area who have experienced sustained growth.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this will be a highly visible and commercial role where you will be responsible for creating and integrating strategic financial models, reporting on financial performance and BI across the business whilst working closely with Operational Heads and Key Stakeholders.

• Act as Business Partner for operational heads and senior managers, guiding them on commercial matters and promoting financial understanding.
• Produce weekly/monthly reporting on KPIs and overall performance and ensure timely reporting to senior management and operations.
• Support in identifying inefficiencies, proposing and delivering effective solutions to these to improve the performance of the process and the finance function.
• Analyse the monthly financial results prepared by the Accounting team to highlight and comment on key variances to budget or forecast.
• Produce high quality financial reporting presentations, to be delivered by senior management.
• Driving integrity, attention to detail and accuracy of reporting.
• Produce a budget and forecast financial model to ensure consistency of data

This role would suit a commercially minded, driven candidate, who wants to add value to a high level at a pivotal point within the company’s growth. You will ideally be Qualified in ACA/CIMA/ACCA.
