The role offers Home based working with a requirement to travel on an Ad hoc basis.
Reason for the Role:
Client about to secure heavy investment and expect rapid growth so require a Finance Business partner to lead part of the finance team as well as providing quality internal support service to ensure business decisions are well informed and financial and commercial awareness is permeated throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- To build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with all senior managers and to act as translator between finance and the business requirements for England and commercial areas of the business
- Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
- Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies
- Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth
- Provide accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making
- Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process
- Development and management of the financial model(s) that underpins the Business Projects and supports decision making.
- Support the Projects Team in evaluating and pricing the risk register to sit alongside the finance model.
- Drafting, reviewing and inputting into written reports and communications with various internal and external stakeholders.
- To review and evaluate investment decisions and business cases
- To identify and make recommendations opportunities for the business to improve efficiency.
- Manage capital expenditure
- Produce financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
- Production of relevant commercial analysis e.g. margins and pricing
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Accountant with 2 years post qual experience
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to easily foster and develop relationships (internally and externally)
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of conviction
- Manage priorities effectively with enough flexibility to respond to changing needs and requirements.
- Able to develop and sustain relationships at all levels.
- Acts on own initiative and able to take a creative, innovative approach as well as work as part of a team
