Axon Moore are once again exclusively working on behalf of a fantastic organisation based in Manchester who are seeking a new Finance Business Partner to join their high calibre finance function.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will be responsible for driving strategic business decisions through financial analysis and budgeting. Acting as a partner between finance and regional management teams you will be responsible for driving efficiencies and profitability.
Salary: £50,000-£57,000
Location: Trafford, with hybrid working

Location: Trafford, with hybrid working
- Lead the production of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, liaising with departmental managers to ensure accuracy.
- Manage the monthly financial review process.
- Be the main point of contact for operational teams and other internal stakeholders.
- Take ownership of contractual changes and compliance, co-ordinate with the wider business to identify commercial impact.
- Produce month end variance analysis for key contacts and produce relevant calculations for month end accounting.
- Produce internal reporting as and when required.
- Manage one member of the team, taking responsibility for their professional development.
- CIMA/ ACCA or ACA Qualified Accountant.
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to work in a dynamic team.
- Previous experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- High level of organisation and project management skills.
- Advanced Excel skill set.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
